Supporting Neurodivergent Individuals, Parents, and Those Navigating Anxiety & Depression
Empowering you to find balance, connection, and resilience—one step at a time.
Hey, You. Yeah, You.
You’ve been carrying a lot, haven’t you?
Maybe your brain just doesn’t work the way the world expects it to. Maybe anxiety shows up uninvited, or depression makes even the small stuff feel heavy. Maybe you give so much in your relationships that there’s barely anything left for you. And if you're a parent trying to support a neurodivergent kid while managing your own needs? That’s a full-time job no one trained you for.
Let me say this clearly: There’s nothing wrong with you.
You’re not too much. You’re not lazy. You’re not failing.
You're doing the best you can with what you’ve been given—and maybe it’s time someone came alongside you to help lighten the load.
I work with people just like you—deep feelers, overthinkers, endlessly compassionate caregivers, and those who’ve always felt just a little out of sync with the world around them. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, codependency, or just feeling stuck... you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
This is a space where we slow things down, make sense of the chaos, and build real tools for change—together.
You’re allowed to ask for support. You’re allowed to take up space. You’re allowed to feel better.

Hi, I’m
Rebecca Trent
Hi, I’m Rebecca Trent, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Ooltewah, TN. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big and vulnerable step—especially if you're someone who’s used to being the caretaker. You spend so much time supporting others that it can feel unfamiliar, even uncomfortable, to focus on your own needs.
In our work together, I’ll support you in giving yourself permission to slow down, feel, and be cared for. We’ll explore the beliefs that may make self-care feel selfish or indulgent, and gently begin to rewrite those narratives. My goal is to help you create a new, more compassionate relationship with yourself—one rooted in self-awareness, self-love, and emotional freedom.
I also specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and families, including those navigating ADHD, autism, and other ways of thinking and experiencing the world. As a parent myself, I understand how layered and complex parenting can be—especially when you're supporting a child with unique needs. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family as a whole, I bring a strengths-based and deeply empathetic approach to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered.
