Anxiety

you don’t have to live in overdrive

"Anxiety is loud, but it doesn’t have to lead." — Unknown

Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic attacks or racing thoughts. Sometimes, it’s the heaviness in your chest before you even open your eyes in the morning.
It’s the overthinking after every conversation. The tight shoulders, the what-ifs, the constant need to prepare for something that might go wrong.

It tells you to be careful. To keep people happy. To double-check, overanalyze, stay small.
And somewhere along the way, you forget what it feels like to just be.

If you’re exhausted from trying to keep it all together while silently falling apart, you’re not alone.
Anxiety is loud—but it doesn’t get the final say.

In therapy, we’ll gently untangle the patterns, explore what’s underneath, and build tools to help you feel more grounded, more present, and more like you.

You don’t have to fight your way through this. You just have to start.

Find calm within the chaos.

Anxiety can feel like you're always bracing for something, even when nothing’s actually wrong. You know what it’s like to lie awake at night, replaying conversations or planning for every worst-case scenario. You know the feeling of a racing heart, a tight chest, or that nagging sense that you’ve forgotten something—again. You know how exhausting it is to smile on the outside while your mind is in overdrive on the inside.

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re not broken—and you’re definitely not alone. You’ve been managing so much for so long. Maybe it’s time to let someone support you.

How can we work together

Anxiety doesn’t just go away with deep breaths and positive thinking—you’ve probably already tried that. In our work together, we’ll go deeper. We’ll start by creating a space where you feel safe enough to exhale, to tell the truth about what it’s really like inside your mind and body.

We’ll slow things down and gently explore the patterns that keep anxiety in the driver’s seat—whether it’s overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or a constant sense of “not enough.” You’ll learn to recognize what your anxiety is trying to protect you from, and how to respond to it with curiosity instead of fear.

Together, we’ll build tools that actually fit your life—not generic advice, but personalized strategies for managing overwhelm, setting boundaries, calming your nervous system, and trusting yourself again.

You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore. Therapy is where we figure it out—together.

Parenting with Anxiety

You love your children deeply—and yet your mind never seems to rest.

You know what it’s like to constantly second-guess yourself.
To lie awake replaying the day, wondering if you were too harsh… or too lenient.
To feel overwhelmed by all the decisions, the pressure, the expectations—and still tell yourself you should be doing more.
You may find yourself spiraling into worst-case scenarios, or feeling like you’re barely holding it all together while everyone else seems to manage with ease.

You’re not alone.

Parenting is hard—and it’s even harder when anxiety is riding shotgun.
You want to be calm and present, but your nervous system is always on alert.
You want to enjoy your kids more, but you’re often stuck in your head or battling guilt.
You may even fear that your anxiety is “ruining” them.

But here’s what I want you to know: anxious parents are caring parents.
You worry because you love.
And love, when supported, can become your greatest strength—not your undoing.

What Parenting with Anxiety Can Look Like

– Constant mental to-do lists and trouble turning your brain off
– Fear of “messing up” your kids or not being enough for them
– Heightened sensitivity to tantrums, noise, or conflict
– Feeling like you're failing, even when you're doing your best
– Guilt for snapping… and guilt for everything, really
– Difficulty asking for help or resting without shame

How Therapy Can Help

You don’t have to parent perfectly. You just need space to breathe, to feel supported, and to find your own version of calm amidst the chaos.

In our work together, we’ll:

  • Identify the anxious thoughts and patterns that are keeping you stuck

  • Use CBT, grounding techniques, and mindfulness tools to calm your nervous system

  • Learn how to respond, not react, when parenting feels triggering

  • Process your own upbringing and how it impacts how you show up as a parent

  • Build self-compassion and confidence in your parenting choices

  • Explore how to meet your own emotional needs, so you can be fully present for your children

You’re not weak for needing help—you’re wise.
And when you care for your mental health, you model resilience, regulation, and self-worth to your kids.

You deserve support, too.
Let’s work together to quiet the anxiety and reconnect you with the parent you already are.
